Polidor stands out as a premier camping destination, offering hotel-standard service and luxurious amenities amidst the picturesque West Istrian coast. Despite its accolades, the previous visual identity failed to communicate the resort's distinctive value proposition. Zambelli Brand Design was tasked with rebranding Polidor to reflect its upscale offerings and year-round appeal.
Our approach centered on leveraging Polidor's unique positioning as the only campsite in Istria offering year-round accommodation. We incorporated the concept of winter migrations and freedom into the brand's iconography, symbolized by swallows. The new logotype, featuring swallow birds intertwined with elements of water and nature, was designed to evoke a sense of prestige and connection with the environment. We opted for a color palette dominated by shades of green, accentuated by light-brown tones and rattan-inspired textures, to evoke a feeling of calmness and relaxation synonymous with nature.
The rebranding efforts resulted in a visually stunning and cohesive brand identity that effectively communicates Polidor's luxury camping experience. The incorporation of swallows and natural elements into the logo captured the essence of the resort's unique offering, while the chosen color palette reinforced its connection with nature. The newly crafted verbal identity and slogan, "The luxury of freedom," encapsulated the desired guest experience, resonating with visitors seeking a tranquil escape from the bustle of daily life. Implemented across the resort, the rebranding efforts successfully conveyed the message of Polidor's upscale amenities and immersive natural surroundings to both new and returning guests, further solidifying its position as a top-tier camping destination in Croatia.
